Convenient yet challenging stay

The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. The service at check-in was initially slow, but the staff eventually resolved my concerns amicably.

Unfortunately, the room condition was less than ideal. The floors felt filthy, and I ended up cleaning them myself. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable, making it challenging to get work done.

Major improvements needed on cleanliness standards!!! Dirty corners throughout the bathroom, stained linens, and towels!!! Consider better management of housekeeping protocols for guest privacy!!!

The check-in process felt a bit chaotic. The front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation at first, delaying my access to my room for over an hour. However, once I got to my room, it was quite spacious and had a nice layout. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby, making it easy to grab meals. The ice maker in the lobby is a plus too. The bed felt comfortable enough for a night’s sleep, but I did notice the floors needed serious attention. I could feel the stickiness underfoot. Unfortunately, when I went to shower in the morning, there was no hot water. It’s frustrating since I had hoped for a refreshing start to my day. A simple breakfast option would have also made my stay more enjoyable. Parking seemed a bit limited and required maneuvering to find a spot close by. Staff interactions were hit or miss. some were helpful, while others could benefit from more training. All in all, a mixed stay with some bright spots and notable areas for improvement.

The location is convenient for nearby restaurants, but the room felt unsafe with concerning cleanliness standards. Got a smoking room, and it was gross. Really didn't enjoy the stay! 🚫

The check-in process was smooth and quick, while the

staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the clean, well-maintained room, although the parking situation was quite limited. Also, the ice machine was a refreshing bonus! Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The pool was refreshing, the AC worked perfectly, and I felt safe with police presence in the lot. Clean linens too!

The location is awesome, and we had fun at Pin Strikes bowling alley and Sky Zone trampoline park. The price was right, and we felt safe during our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, which made everything smoother.

However, the heater in our room smelled bad, and that wasn’t a great experience. It definitely put a damper on things for us.

I stayed in the King Room, Smoking for 2 nights, and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The good, the room was surprisingly large and clean, and I loved the granite countertops. But on the downside, the bed felt a bit dated, and the furniture could definitely use an upgrade. I also wished the WiFi was better. The best part? The staff were super nice and knew me by name after just one stay! Overall, some improvements would make it a lot better.
